This Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. businesses in Gull Lake will open their doors up for the Old Fashioned Christmas with festive fun, music, special gifts, and tons of shopping.
Lindsay Alliban, economic development officer for the Town of Gull Lake, encourages residents, families, and anyone interested to stop by the festive event.
"A long-standing tradition in Gull Lake is the Old Fashioned Christmas," she said. "The whole community and local businesses spread Christmas cheer, it's all about a bit of customer appreciation and local shopping."
Additionally, the Elks Hall will feature kids activities, a Christmas market, live Christmas carols, a cash bar, and sleigh rides from the Kinettes.
"It's just a really nice way for everyone to come out, support some local businesses, and get into the Christmas spirit," added Alliban. "It's always a really great time for all ages."
