Community Action Planning
Planning to Action!
23 Attendants from the Community of Gull Lake spent an evening reviewing the proposed Vision, Missions and Goals derived from input and discussion of two previous planning sessions. Following consensus of Vision, Mission and Goals the group began a process to:
- Develop Objectives (to attain Goals)
- Determine Actions (to achieve Objectives)
- Discuss ongoing administration of the Plan (who and how)
- Launch/implement the Plan
This group of engaged community members worked hard to identify objectives and actions to grow and improve our community - but there is more work to be done!
